During the session, I will engage you in a mental exercise designed to test your expectations of yourself in the areas you think you excel at and also the areas you in which you doubt your abilities. The goal here is to show you the power of self-beliefs over behavior. I will encourage you to begin testing what your limitations are; these limits are defined by your mind and, therefore, if you believe in your abilities then you truly can achieve so much in life!
You will experience what if feels like to excel in an activity you previously doubted yourself in. Your mind, spirit and physical body will rejoice in this process. Your negative thoughts will replace with positive thoughts, and your self-esteem will be the strongest it has been in a long time. What we are doing here is retraining your mind to expect more from yourself, so that you reach for more in life.
